About Me

I see you've found your way to my website. There really isn't too much going on around here. I figured I'd just make this a place to express and talk about myself for anyone who cares to check it out. Maybe you'll find a thing or two in here useful. Don't be a stranger! ^^
My Setup

Ah, my beauty, my Pizza PC. There are many like it, but this one is mine. Unfortunately, it doesn't quite get the job done. So instead I have a desktop computer to engage with my fellow internetians.

Corsair 4000D Airflow
ASRock X670E PG Lightning
G.SKILL Flare X Series 64GB (2x32) @ 6000MHz
Cooler Master Hyper 212
SAPPHIRE PULSE Radeon RX 7900 XT
Seasonic PRIME TX-1300
AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D
2x2TB Samsung 980 PRO

On this, I run Bazzite. So far, Bazzite has been a fantastic experience. Sure, I had to make a couple tweaks here and there in order for it to run the way I want. But ultimately it works great. If you're interested in checking out how to get setup with gaming on linux, check out my wiki article!
Languages

My native language is English, but over time I have picked up some words and phrases from other languages. Of all the options, I've chosen to study Chinese, Russian and Arabic.

My motivation for learning these languages primarily stems from friendship, but I can't deny the business and academic applications of these languages as well! I'd love to one day visit countries that speak each of these languages, and hopefully be understood in their native tongue!

To study, I like to use flash cards, dictionaries, and various books related to the languages, purchased from Amazon. I don't do courses or tutors. The tools I primarily use for vocabulary and grammar are Quizlet, Memrize, Youtube. For pronunciation and listening exposure I use BiliBili, Coub, VK and Youtube. Then, of course it's hard to beat a good friend when it comes to speaking practice.

Here is where I'm at with each language.
Chinese
Beginner. I know about tones, still learning Pinyin.

Russian
Beginner. I know the alphabet and pronunciation. Learning more culture, grammar, and vocabulary.

Arabic
Beginner. I only know a few phrases.Insert your text here
Development

One of my favorite things to work with when it comes to computers are the guts. To me, there's nothing quite like getting down and dirty with the low level.

The languages I love spending my time with the most are Assembly and C/C++, but scripting some tasks with Python can be super helpful. Also PowerShell is hard to beat for a windows shop, like where I work.

My latest project is a Kernel Module for Linux. This Module enables management of the virtual memory space for any process, such that detection of access is avoided, enabling analysis and modification of behavior where it may otherwise be prevented.

Unfortunately at this time, none of my projects are GitHub-ready, but I will be putting them here when they are. =)
(Un) Development
Making stuff might be fun, but breaking stuff is more fun. I have spent most of my life finding ways to make computers do things they weren't intended to, and I absolutely love it.

Here are a few of my go-to tools I like to use while "undeveloping", although I typically end up writing my own situation-specific tools.

  • Burp Suite
  • Nmap
  • Wireshark
  • IDA Free, Ghidra
  • WinDBG, GDB, x64dbg
  • Sysinternals
  • System Informer

Here are a few of the things I've "undeveloped", all reported and remediated.

  • Open Redirect in Mee6
  • Open Redirect in NVIDIA
  • 2 Open Redirect in AirBnB
  • DOM-Based XSS in Vivint
  • Reflected XSS in Audi
  • Reflected XSS in (gov)
  • Stored XSS in (gov)
  • 2 PrivEsc CVEs in PostgreSQL

I've received $1,150 in bug bounties, more in direct-hire paychecks, and even more in love and recognition <3
